Agreement

These terms govern your use of JamChannel, operated by Sanford Labs LLC, a single-member Michigan limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use JamChannel for an organization, you agree on its behalf.

Early access

JamChannel is in early access. Features may change, be added or be removed, and some described on this website are still in development. We will tell account holders before removing a feature they use.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

Plans and billing

New accounts start with a free trial. Paid plans, when they launch, are billed in advance at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. We will give reasonable notice before changing the price of a plan you are on.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone’s rights through the service;
  • upload malicious code or try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service;
  • resell the service or give access to third parties except as we allow.

Your content

You own the content you put into JamChannel. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide the service to you.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Profit and fee figures in JamChannel are estimates based on the data you and the marketplaces provide; check them before relying on them for financial or tax decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using JamChannel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
